The Social Economy Village, located on Hannahstown Hill, brings together the two aspects of our work: supporting the social economy sector to develop and grow and providing workspace.
The Social Economy Village complements Work West’s existing premises portfolio by adding 15,000 sq ft to the 50,000 sq ft currently available.
Units available include a range of twelve office units from 300sq ft to 857 sq ft, and four 1,500 sq ft industrial units.
The site is fully controlled by 24 hr CCTV, intruder alarms and fully locked at night. Unit holders have 24/7 access. Work West offer flexible lease agreements from one month’s notice which are available to ensure an ‘easy-in, easy-out’ option to all tenant companies.
All tenants can avail of central delivery of post and can rent meeting, conference and training rooms at a reduced price.
Each unit has an allocated parking space and an on site visitor’s car park is also available.
