In our working lives we all have to make critical decisions. Managers face challenges and opportunities on a daily basis, which can be examined from different angles and successfully addressed through Creative Problem Solving.

We are offering a unique opportunity to attend an exclusive Creative Problem Solving 2-day Workshop with Laura Barbero Switalski, a leading trainer, facilitator and coach from Darwin Associates, Buffalo, New York.

Laura Barbero Switalski specialises in organisational growth, creativity and change leadership. She works with organisations across North America, Central America, and Europe to facilitate creativity and innovation, help manage change and transition, and enhance teamwork and leadership.
Laura has worked globally with several multinational corporations, including Johnson & Johnson and Coca Cola and helps people develop their leadership potential, build cohesive teams and enhance their creative thinking skills.
Laura is co-founder of CCC (Center for Certification in Creativity); she also holds a Master of Science degree in Creativity and Innovation from the International Centre for Studies in Creativity at SUNY Buffalo State. She is a founding member and organizer of CREA Conference and President of CREA Italia. Laura has coauthored the book Creativity Rising. Creative Thinking and Creative Problem Solving in the 21st Century, published by ICSC Press in April 2012.
The creative problem solving process comprise four key stages; clarifying, ideating, developing and implementing.
Most of us have varying levels of energy for each stage of the process. Foursight will provide invaluable insights into where individual participants' energy lies.
All participants will complete Foursight and leave the programme with a detailed profile, greater self awareness and a range of tools to support them to improve their creative problem solving.
