Work West offers convenient workspace and office space located over two sites in Hannahstown, Belfast. The Work West site provides units for private sector businesses while the adjacent Social Economy Village site houses our social enterprise clients
The Work West site is 50,000 sq ft hosting a range of industrial and office based units, ranging from 240 sq ft to 2000 sq ft. Unit holders have 24/7 access and the site is fully controlled by 24 hr CCTV, intruder alarms and is fully secured at night.
The Work West site has ample parking available for visitors and each unit comes with its own allocated parking space.
Services for tenants include central delivery of post and reduced rates for rental of the on-site meeting, conference and training rooms.
We offer flexible lease agreements from one month’s notice which are available to ensure an ‘easy-in, easy-out’ option to all tenants.
The Social Economy Village boasts high quality office and workspace units with panoramic views over Belfast.
